OUR APPROACH

Precision at every phase.

Five stages, a fixed fee agreed before mobilisation, and you know where you stand before we leave the building. We attend site anywhere in Ontario.

01

Scope call

Twenty minutes with drawings or photographs. We confirm the triggers and quote a fixed fee.

02

Document review

Manuals, schematics and control architecture go through desk review before anyone travels.

03

Site inspection

Measurements, control verification and hands on testing with your operators present.

04

Sealed report

Findings referenced to the clause, ranked by risk, each with a specific corrective measure.

05

Close out

We re-verify the corrections and issue the compliance confirmation your file needs.

A guard that opens and nothing stops is not a guard

Most safeguarding failures we find are not missing barriers. They are interlocks wired through a standard control relay instead of a safety relay, safety functions bypassed in the PLC program, forced guided contacts that were never monitored, or a light curtain mounted inside its own calculated safety distance.

We verify the safety function end to end: sensor, logic and output. Required Performance Level is determined from severity, frequency of exposure and possibility of avoidance under ISO 13849-1, then the achieved Performance Level is assessed from category, MTTFd, diagnostic coverage and common cause failure. Minimum safety distance is calculated under ISO 13855 using measured overall system stopping performance, not the response time printed on the device.
